Most workplace and competitive sports drug screens focus on delta-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not screen for Cannabinol (CBD) or other legal and natural hemp-based compounds. Be advised, studies have shown that consuming hemp foods or oils can cause a positive result when screening urine and blood specimens. Therefore, if you are subject to any form of drug testing or screening we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you do not ingest CBD or hemp oil. Third Party Provider
RxCOMMEND, LLC uses Square as the third party service provider for payment services (e.g. card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services).
Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days and shipped out using standard shipping rates. Expedited shipping options are also available. For individual orders paying retail price, RxCOMMEND, LLC offers free shipping on orders over $75.00. Orders below $75.00 will be charged a shipping rate of $7.95. We take orders 24 hours a day on our website.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), and RxCOMMEND, LLC does not ship on holidays recognized by the US Postal Service.
You will be sent an order confirmation after checkout. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Return and Refund Policy
By making a purchase, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that RxCOMMEND, LLC is selling products containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases. Always check with your physician before using a new health regimen.
Please email info@RxCOMMEND.com if there are any issues with the product you receive. A refund will only be given within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be to the customer's original form of payment in its entirety. Returned product needs to be sent to 2359 Grissom Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please see details on our Returns Process below.
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding whether your product is eligible for returns, please feel free to email us at info@RxCOMMEND.com.
Please note that RxCOMMEND, LLC does not have a money back guarantee, as CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept back product that has been opened or used.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@RxCOMMEND.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your unopened product and include a note explaining the reason for the return.
2. Once you have shipped your product back to us at 11662 Gravois Road, Suite 29412, St. Louis, MO 63126, please also email the tracking number to info@RxCOMMEND.com.
3. Once we receive your package back at our facility and confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund to your original form of payment in its entirety.
